Hell no. I'm sorry dudes, y'all are way off. I know we got some Khia lookin' hoodrats in Tampa, but they are far outweighed by the Dimes.
Problem is the 'rats are louder, gaudier and standing on a small-ass sidewalk somewhere waitin' for the HARTline bus to come scoop.
But no way a city full of Caribbean and South American women is full of sorry sisters. Not a chance. You must be looking in the wrong places, straight up. I guarantee you a trip to Ybor City on a Saturday night will change your mind.

1. Weather (warmer it is, the more you see--skins tan better, bodies are healthier, etc.)
2. Economic opportunities
3. Educational opportunities (higher student population)
4. Ethnic variety (not just racially either--Carib women vs. Sistas, diff. kinds of Latin women or varieties of Asian women, etc.)
5. Reputation (draws other pretty women there)
If you mean black women specifically, I'd add
6. History as a black urban center.
It's very likely that New York, Chicago, LA, DC, Houston, Atlanta, Miami, Memphis, etc. will have a lot of hot black women because these are the cities that black folks have been "moving on up" to for decades.

I hate to pile on, but Baltimore had the least attractive selection of women compared to other places I've been. Can't put my finger on it, but I just can't recall seeing any dimes in B'more.

I can only speak on what I know. I am from Warner Robins, GA. It is about 15 minutes from Macon. I would have to agree, that in COMPARISON TO Atlanta, Macon to Columbus to Augusta have a thinner selection. However, I have been in all three cities in the past month and saw enough bad b!tches to hold me over until I get back to the "A."
Now, I have been to B'more...I saw stunners. I have been to D.C....I saw stunners. I was in Clearwater near Tampa, I saw stunners. The only difference is the concentration. Once you have lived in the "A," it is all relative. Do believe that Atlanta is not real life and no man should ever look at it as such. Homie...I'm from NE DC and agree. For some reasons, I never heard DC dudes talkin about Bmore chicks. We used to have so much beef and their women weren't worth taking. I had a chick up in Gwynn Oaks area in the county doing her thing, but when I went in the city...off assed fashion, rooster hair, just filthy. The gems were to be found on the outskirts...way out. Stupid...yup. I've never had an intelligent conversation with a Bmore chick. Ever. If I did they weren't from there.
