Can someone please explain what the hell this permit is for and why are they allowed to block the fire hydrant.
Can someone identify whose car it is or how to see who owns the car. This was in front of my house. I think they went into the hall next to me.
I called the cops and they came and did nothing. Why?????
Who the hell is the Muslim community patrol. Is this even legal.

Some parking rules are stupid but google the vehicles who had their windows knocked out and the pump go through them for blocking a hydrant Needless to say that vehicle no longer worked after
