What are your thoughts on welfare?

Be it government assistance for corporations or everyday citizens.

How much help do you think the federal or state government should give (if any)? Also what should be the limits (time, age, gender) on those recieving it?

I believe exactly half of paycheck should go to government so best believe I believe in welfare.

Welfare allows weak humans to breed more weak humans. We will not evolve as long as welfare is in place.
