Same... It would have to be a really big deal for me to want someone to pay.
This is what it boils down to
I'm not pressed for a few bucks for gas to do the occasional favor to give someone a ride whether its my V8 truck or V6 car
I'll tell the person upfront if I can do it or not, rather than tell em its hinging on wheterh they have a few measily bucks or not. Thats JJ Evens from Good Times shit

I dont ask family for gas.....shoot as many times as I stopped over by an aunt and she gave a brother some good food, some money when I was a teenager, sent over some baked goods....
