NASA Is Watching a Vast, Growing Anomaly in Earth's Magnetic Field

NASA has been monitoring a strange anomaly in Earth's magnetic field: a giant region of lower magnetic intensity in the skies above the planet, stretching out between South America and southwest Africa.

This could be extremely problematic if it keeps growing. Yes some of y’all think that I am screaming about the skies falling, but in this case it actually is.

This vast, developing phenomenon, called the South Atlantic Anomaly, has intrigued and concerned scientists for years, and perhaps none more so than NASA researchers.

This has probably been a naturally occuring phenomenon for millions of years. Humans have only recently been made aware of it through science.

No, the sky isn't falling. We are just recently able to read data of what is happening in the lower atmosphere. Unless one of has a trip booked to visit the International Space Station, it's no big deal.

Well, I’m going to say this the Earth magnetic shield is starting to weaken because of the flip that is currently happening so this may be problematic in the near future I’m just saying. If we have a bad solar flare, we will not have a protection, especially in the rear area of that picture of that article I posted. I’m just saying.
