I am as encouraging( hush Izzy) as the next sista but I can't force the ladies.

It occurs to me that for the most part, the ladies that are regularly posting here all fought it out on BGOL before SOL was here. Those who were here and lurking then are still lurking now. As for the new ladies, I also wonder how many of those 100+ names are aliases of other members...

@ mcguyver, I usually check the newbies for multiple users. There are a few, but there is no way for me to be positive about a female's identity. I figure give them the benefit of the doubt. If you gonna come and claim to be female then well you better hope you are. All I can say to the ladies that contribute on the regular is thanks.
