When we were little my mom used to buy and cook beef/cow tongue. That stuff was the bomb. She didn't cook it as much when we got older. I never learned how to make it tho... not too many people cook it now days. I would have never thought to put it in a taco tho.

I've tried a cow tongue taco and it wasn't bad. I probably wouldn't try most of these other ingredients.
