Here's my college iron-chef days list:

1. Fried eggs with day old rice.

2. Ramen noodles, drain the soup, 2tbsp of honey + cut some green onions if you got it and mix together.

3. Ghetto Pizza = Bagel or any bread + Prego sauce + Cheese/or any available topping (any) , then pop it in the toaster oven.

4. Fried cheese + Platanos

One of the first things I learned to cook as a kid: Thick-sliced bologna, a scoop of mashed potatoes, and a slice of cheese. Bake in the oven until the bologna starts to curl up and browns around the edges. Excellent!! (I'd make it right now if I still ate bologna)
