Chris, He was a fucking nut. It was so ruthless what he did to that innocent woman (the letter carrier) in the convenient store. And when he beat to death the father that molested his son.... 
Funny thing is that outside of the crime world he was a family man. Even his girl didn't know what he did.

But yeah I gotta go with Chris, dude was a stonecold killer. He did what was asked and never gave a fuck about the consequenses. The only thing I never got about him was that he seemed to be more gangsta than Marlo at times, maybe it was the whole "Muscle" thing but dude seemed like he could've taken everything from Marlo at any given time.
I liked Weebay more. The way he stood tall when got caught was the clincher. Although Chris didn't sweat getting caught either.
I always wished they had more of a back story on Marlo, and how he got Chris and Snoop to follow him.
Weebay did nothing wrong. But Chris was the perfect muscle. He was all business, none of that partying shit. No flashiness, just all work.

tough decision!!! i would say chris overall coz u can count on one hand how many times he smiled. But i dont think he was fucking wit marlo, dat nigga eyes just were pitch black and empty, it was a reason chris worked for marlo. I wish the show woulda let us explore that side. At the end u know marlo is goin to take a chris' family!!! marlo was far from soft he ran up on dem niggaz in the suit and beat they ass and disarmed them!!!!!

you can't really answer this question because most of Weebay's dirt was seen off camera, but i will say Weebay had Deangelo and his baby momma shook so one can only imagine how he was in the streets
That and he showed an intelligence that Weebay never showed.When Marlo wanted them to put money on Omar's head or take care of him themselves Chris came up with the plan to set Omar's ass up instead knowing how the Barksdale crew failed to get Omar.

It's not even close. Bay was a stand up guy but Chris was like a trained killer. The nigga was methodical and was a bit of a strategist. Bay seemed like he was just a button man or soldier. Chris and them had Omar shook in that apartment. That was the first time I ever saw dude scared. Bey didn't come off to me as having that same kind of military mindset. Chris had niggas coordinated when they went to war. In short, Chris. 
I'm surprised no one mentioned Slim Charles. Dude was a true soldier as well and definitely was known on the streets. I loved the way he ranked up

And weebay dumped a bitches body in a rug like it wasn't shit. Id say weebay, simply because Chris had mental issues on the low. He did that favor for Michael cause he lived that life. I thought his reaction and the way he went in on dude was due to him having being molested in his past. Plus he was sloppy. The young boy that had the dude set up at the playground by the fat man. They knew that was Chris, they just didn't say anything. All niggas know about weebay is that he will kill but No witnesses. Chris was more tactical and more efficient. He was killing people, but the police didn't want to investigate at first because there were no bodies because he was leaving them to decompose in empty vacants.
And Weebay never came close to murking Omar and Omar set him up and nearly killed him. I don't think Chris would get caught slipping like Weebay.
Maybe its just me and I need to watch shit again but it seems Weebay is being hype too much as this "you don't fuck with him guy." Wasn't Bird seen as the one to watch out for? I figured that why Omar had him taken out so he wouldn't have to deal with his crazy ass also warned the cops when taking him down watch out. Also when Weebay and the bald cat were talking before killing some guy the bald guy kept saying how he wish Bird was there.
I have to go with Chris. He obviously had some type of military training or background and killing was just a job and nothing personal for him. On several occasions in Season 4, dudes was asking Chris not kill them and he was like " don't fret boss, you know I keep it quick and clean". That's was Chris' way of saying I'm not on no torture shit, it won't take long, but you gotta go, it's just business. Very few if any fuck ups by Chris with the exception of failing to get Omar.
