I think the man I am currently seeing, as well as myself, do a good job of doing many of the things on BOTH lists. However, when you're in the earlier stages of a relationship, YES, you are on your p's and q's when it comes to doing "all the right things."

I do believe, as a relationship develops, it gets hard to adhere to things on both lists...mainly because of comfort level. You've got the person, and you feel like you don't have to do much to keep them around. BUT, the key is still doing these things for your mate, unexpectedly, not because of what you want in return, but because you genuinely want to see your partner happy...

I understand your point, Ju...while making the thread I thought about that too.

The overall thing, though, is that making your man/woman feel sexy and wanted is a KEY way to make them smile. It doesn't always have to lead to sex. HOWEVER, to know that your partner desires you and ONLY you (which refers to the points mentioned in the other thread about ways to make a woman smile) is an excellent way to keep a man happen.

I'll add more...

- Show interest in what your man enjoys. This doesn't mean you have to fake liking it, as much as understanding why he likes it and being able to converse with him on that topic/thing.

- Keep a stock, at your place, of drinks and foods that he likes. If he's staying the night/coming for a weekend visit/coming over, in general, it's nice to know you know what he likes, especially if it differs from the things you like to eat/drink. It also shows you're trying to make him feel more at home.
