There's no other competition at theaters at the moment and the promotional hype is sure to persuade kids and young adults to try to see this ASAP. Like I said before, it'll have a good opening weekend, but that's it. Don't expect everyone who sees it to go back and watch it again (The negative word of mouth is gonna be wild fire)
The big drop-off in the following weeks will hit it hard but, for real, it should pull in enough numbers on friday & saturday to start making it's money back.
What I'm really wondering if this is gonna be a death blow for R-rated comic/graphic novel flicks.

Yes, some do. Many Jews misuse Anti-Semetic. I rarely if ever hear gays admit to their intentional false accusation of claims of "homophobia". Its a made-up misrepresentation in most cases.

Anti-Semetic has been misappropriated many times in the media before. I'm not saying there are no anti-Semetic people; I'm saying that its not ALWAYS the case when its been used. So YES, sometimes there's an agenda behind it. Homophobia is a falsehood in most cases. Its often an attempt to equate "disapproves of" with "scared of".
