So, deputies were serving a (in the Sheriff's own words) , " high-risk" probate warrant- which they don't serve for shit like overdue library books or jaywalking. Other sources saying dude was ex-military and has history of mental illness/
Police knew he was armed when they arrived on scene.
The guy shot a Deputy and is currently in the jail, not the morgue.

However, stereotypes are extremely deadly.It can be argued that it can be more deadly than strictly racism. Fear can have extremely deadly ramifications especially when combined with stereotypes. The negative images that are consistently played in the media subliminally burns an image into the brains of the members of our society which paints a grim and unrealistic picture that every black male is aggressive and dangerous when that is not true.
In many instances the cops be so afraid that they are trigger happy because they have been conditioned by either family, friends or the consistent negative narrative that is being presented by the media how blacks are aggressive creatures. This fear manifest into Brothas being gunned down out of fear of "What they will do", while white men are given the benefit of the doubt because how our society paints a picture that white men are gods who do nothing but good while blacks are scavengers.
