1. Police interviewed both her and him that night and they both agreed not to press charges.

2. The fight he prevented was between her and another man.

3. He never knew she was unconscious as he never her looked in her face while holding her.

4. The police came back and talked with him again 2 days later and still didn't have enough to put him away because HE was acting in self defense.


He stopped her from getting stomped out and didn't send her to jail when he had the legal right. Yes I will admit I'm a little bias because I've done business with him and was there that night.

As to how dude handled it.... its obvious as hell he snapped, he probably isn't stable, but he isn't the root cause of the incident, she is.... in the end he probably saved her life twice - by stopping one fight, and then by laying the million dollar dream and choke slam on her, it should be a good while before she jumps out of pocket again.

In the great spirit of debate let me add a few facts that have been missed.

1. Police interviewed both her and him that night and they both agreed not to press charges.

2. The fight he prevented was between her and another man.

3. He never knew she was unconscious as he never her looked in her face while holding her.

4. The police came back and talked with him again 2 days later and still didn't have enough to put him away because HE was acting in self defense.


He stopped her from getting stomped out and didn't send her to jail when he had the legal right. Yes I will admit I'm a little bias because I've done business with him and was there that night.
