This season is killing me. It's gotten overly gay with up to 6 gay characters. Plus they hyped the werewolves & they just suck. They done lost to everybody from Lafayette to Sookie, Sam Jessica.
Sookie is just over doing it this season to the point where she is annoying

I think the producers are trying their best to distinguish from the Twilight teen stuff by putting "adult" topics in the convo. Not many shows have had dudes bustin' slobs like that, so i guess it is an attempt to draw ratings. But I don't think male gays are any interest to most americans, but lez stuff still gets a rise. They have plenty of that on the show too.
Deep down, tho, philosophically it probably represents a desensitizing of the sexual mores as the vamps get older and such. And it shows that maybe that stuff is more wide spread. If it can crop up in Podunk Louisiana then it can be anywhere. At least that is what they want us to get a notion about.
They have been more open about evisceration, bloodiness and all sorts of graphic images this season too...

I recommend either you don't watch the show, DVR it, or if you don't have a DVR than you should wait until its ripped that night. It only takes about 10 to 15 minutes after it airs to get ripped.

I downloaded season 1 and 2 to watch when I'm on the go. While watching episode 1 a month ago, there is a dude watching TV around the 1 minute mark, dressed in dark clothing with rings and chains showing worships the devil. I was like WTF, I think illuminate is sending out secret messages to their followers in this shit.
The show was just too fucking dark and evil for me to enjoy. Can't fuck with that shit anymore. And the black chick always act like she wants to punch a motherfucka in the face or something.
