*Warning* HolyFuck: dude let his chic play with a gun... blew his brains out, on cam!

That would make sense had she not racked it. But if the clip was out of the gun and a bullet in the chamber, the bullet would have been ejected when she racked the gun.

Every gun....That's why I taught my step sons to shoot at young ages. If you let a kid fire a weapon at a shooting range, they learn to respect firearms and after feeling that kick and hearing that boom, they know guns ain't a play thang...

:bravo:

Which is curious, because it was cocked BEFORE a clip was put in, then a clip was put in.....she dry fires, then racks and then shoots live bullet. Who cocks a gun before putting the clip in???

somebody who dont know what the fuck they are doing, thats why Im know it was an accident...

Nah dude in the back didn’t tell her to do it. I saw a longer clip of the vid and at first they were all talking to people on the live chat, the Dude that got shot was holding it at one point. somebody on the live chat said something and they all were responding to them that’s when while responding to the person on the live chat she picked up the gun talking about this is what we do to blah blah, playing around with the gun and ended shooting ole dude in the head
Watch the Facebook vid below and see how it all happened

Dude in back looked at her and nodded his head right before she shot. And another thing; 'She 'sat' the gun down.' They were all involved in the Facebook jargon at the time, but I think when she got a hold to that gun, she had a purpose. That being possibly to prove something to that cat in the back.

She is going to do at least 10 years behind bars.

Yeh, shes probably going to get, a negligent homicide, or a manslaughter charge.

To be honest...both should be locked up at least that long, just for being so stupid

They both should win "The Dumbest Darwin Award" for 2018

:smh::smh::smh:

Wreckless homocide at minimum

In criminal law, criminal negligence is a surrogate mens rea (Latin for "guilty mind") required to constitute a conventional as opposed to strict liability offense. It is not, strictly speaking, a mens rea because it refers to an objective standard of behaviour expected of the defendant and does not refer to his mental state.

Negligent homicide is a criminal charge brought against a person who, through criminal negligence, allows another person to die.

(c) A person acts recklessly, or is reckless, with respect to circumstances surrounding his conduct or the result of his conduct when he is aware of but consciously disregards a substantial and unjustifiable risk that the circumstances exist or the result will occur. The risk must be of such a nature and degree that its disregard constitutes a gross deviation from the standard of care that an ordinary person would exercise under all the circumstances as viewed from the actor's standpoint.

(d) A person acts with criminal negligence, or is criminally negligent, with respect to circumstances surrounding his conduct or the result of his conduct when he ought to be aware of a substantial and unjustifiable risk that the circumstances exist or the result will occur. I wish the best for the brother but I'm skeptical as to what is recovery will be after seeing that video.

Even if he survives I'm wondering what his quality of life will be.

Did anybody else notice that she had pulled the trigger once before she actually shot him. When she picked it up and pointed it at the camera. She really thought it was empty....Man its so many Ace Venturas in the world. Just like Ms. Jenkins R.I.P. errbody was top notch sleuths.

I just saw her pull the trigger, when the gun was pointed at the camera!! Good eye!!
