That was the sound of his diaphragm trying to push air into his lungs from what little brain impulse he had left.

People need to learn to respect what a "weapon" is.
Weapons have no brains and heart, all they need is input. It's solely on the person using it.
:smh:

Who's pistol was it. I ain't too sure bout no accident looking at vid again. Homeboy in the back was like chill ain't no clip in it. How he know enough to say that unless it was his pistol or hers

I'll tell you what.....dude in the backseat is a fool if he knew it was a bullet in there. He could've easily been the one shot in the head.

Man shot in head on Facebook Live as friends play with gun in car

news station KHOU reported.

Cassandra DamperHouston Police Department
Police said Holmes was in the vehicle early Sunday with Cassandra Damper, 25, and another man when the woman began pointing the gun at the camera.

“You’re making me nervous,” Holmes could be heard saying in an edited video circulating online.

Holmes is seen in the footage attempting to stop the woman from waving the gun around.

“It ain’t got no clip, bud,” another person reportedly responded.

But seconds later, the gun fired and struck the 26-year-old man, according to KHOU. The footage making rounds on social media does not show the moment he was gunned down but does show him slumped over and covered in blood.

Holmes was rushed to Ben Taub Hospital, where he remains in critical condition, police said.

Officers arrested Damper after she allegedly attempted to wipe off the gun residue on her hands. She was booked on charges for tampering or fabricating evidence.

Damper claimed that she was unaware the gun was loaded in an interview with authorities.

The other man involved in the shooting video was not charged.

Police said more charges could be forthcoming

Playing with a gun. That’s crazy. You’re not suppose to be playing with something dangerous like that as a fucking toy.

Stuff like that happens when you put power in the hands of grown children. Some niggaz have the minds of little kids and the gun is power. So you put the two together and you get disaster.

I would understand if the shit didn’t have any bullets but playing with a LOADED gun?

now see...

I hope she goes UNDER the jail for that sh*t.

one thing i know for sure it wasn't the victims gun. If it's hers or the other dude one of them would know better and both of them acted like they didn't.
That's suspect to me
It was his gun. But she racked it rather smooth. She's handled firearms. She wasn't no fool. She just dinged out. On second thought, after rewatching, it was dude in the backseats gun. And he 'told' the chick to do it. And peep how the dude in back looked at the dude in front right before he got shot.

negative sir, gun culture knows that you treat every gun as if it’s loaded and you never point a gun at anything you’re not ok with destroying.

this is a clear example of either attention whoring gone wrong or a murder made to look like an accident.
Yeah ok lol

Nah dude in the back didn’t tell her to do it. I saw a longer clip of the vid and at first they were all talking to people on the live chat, the Dude that got shot was holding it at one point. somebody on the live chat said something and they all were responding to them that’s when while responding to the person on the live chat she picked up the gun talking about this is what we do to blah blah, playing around with the gun and ended shooting ole dude in the head
Watch the Facebook vid below and see how it all happened

He didn't tell her to do it. But he tell him chill there ain't no clip in there bud.
1. Don't never tell someone chill while they trying to move a gun from goin to they face.
2. They need to figure out exactly if it was her gun or the dude in the back. Before they call it accidental and the bitch get some probation.

Type this into the search bar on Facebook “HIP-HOP, reason, & conflict” and you’ll see a longer version of the video. You can’t really tell whose gun it was because at one point the dude that got shot had it in his hand

yea. He picked it up and looked at it either to see if safety was on or jus lookin at it. But he ain't look like it belonged to him.
I'm goin 20% accidental, 50% the bitch adrenaline was more than her respect for this Nicca and jus thoughtlessly shot him, 30% fuk shit.
figuring out who's gun she used and how experienced she is with a gun will determine that.

Did anybody else notice that she had pulled the trigger once before she actually shot him. When she picked it up and pointed it at the camera. She really thought it was empty....Man its so many Ace Venturas in the world. Just like Ms. Jenkins R.I.P. errbody was top notch sleuths.

The clip probably wasn’t in the gun but there was a bullet in the chamber. Unfortunately they found out you don’t need the clip the hard way.

That would make sense had she not racked it. But if the clip was out of the gun and a bullet in the chamber, the bullet would have been ejected when she racked the gun.

Every gun....That's why I taught my step sons to shoot at young ages. If you let a kid fire a weapon at a shooting range, they learn to respect firearms and after feeling that kick and hearing that boom, they know guns ain't a play thang...

Irresponsible gun culture is dumb.
He let that ratchet wave the gun right next to his head :smh:

:bravo:

Which is curious, because it was cocked BEFORE a clip was put in, then a clip was put in.....she dry fires, then racks and then shoots live bullet. Who cocks a gun before putting the clip in???

Yeah she clicked it at the camera. But that's why I'm wondering who's gun it was cause after that she cocked it dude in the back said there's no clip.
