The Houston Police Department said the three were sitting in a vehicle at a Valero near Southmore Blvd and Almeda Road when the shooting happened.
The person who shot the victim said it was an accident, according to police.

i know several people injured or dead from shit like that. one kid i was int school with accidentally shot his own eye out. almost died. dude shot in himself in the neck. being drunk playing with guns. another kid from jr high i was cool with, his little cousin(10)found his uncle's gun and pointed at my friend's head while he was playing super Nintendo. idk if he saw the gun aim at him. his little cousin pulled the trigger and shot him in the head. it was a holiday the next day. i went to my boy crib. he opened the door with tears in his eyes telling me the story. he found out because our history teacher called his house. at first he thought was in trouble and acted like his older brother until the teacher told him he read it in the daily news. shit was on the 2nd page. he was only 12. just a few of several stories.
