He was going after the chick in the black range, but he waited to long. Would have had a better chance catching her getting into the truck, and turning around to run back in the house. But they knew he was sitting in the pickup truck, that's why the screaming bitch stood outside and watched. At the 0:28 mark she clearly said "Run...Run" as the pickup started to pull out. So he was on some domestic violence shit, and their dumb asses knew it and played with fate that day.
Heard this happened in Detroit imma see if I can find the story. Shorty survived but got hit a few times.

Fucked up because this was clearly a domestic violence situation but the story says it’s not clear if the man and woman knew each other. That means the police asked the woman if she knew who it was and she said she didn’t know. Like someone above said the other woman came out because they knew he was waiting there but thought he was just stalking her and not gonna do anything. It’s gonna be a murder-suicide reported tomorrow
