I got funding for my whole team . All of them will be beginning on January 22 .

I was meant to have done this two years ago , but ending up doing a MBA , which I completed last year .

So today told the team , if you want to continue being system engineers don’t register for this course . If you want to resign in 12 months and go work in data mining , register for this course .

All my direct reports have registered and I am less 20k in my training budget first week of 2019 .

So 6 months from now will have to start recruiting new engineers .
