You aren't going to find very much high fructose corn syrup outside of the US. If you really want to go down a rabbit hole, google the "French Paradox". A ton of pseudo science gets posted on here but sugar is poison and that corn syrup is concentrated poison.

uk version of heinz is waaaaaaaaayyyyy fucking better it's gotta spicy kick to it. there's a restaurant here that uses the uk heinz ketchup. it's called "First Watch" if you haven't been to it yet, they are all over the place.
There was a cane sugar shortage in the u.s. during the 70s. Manufacturers switched to sugar taken from corn. Its no different than cane sugar. There is no conspiracy with big pharma. This is a misuse of information.
Ketchup traditionally in the UK and Europe isn't as sweet as US ketchup, so that is going to be the biggest reason for the difference in ingredients. Simply Heinz is going to be the closest to the UK version ingredients wise, but it still is going to have a lot more sugar.
