Vikings show

Rollo wifed a hoe. Trying to sleep her way back in to importance.

Floki

Lagartha has more fight, heart and honor than most of the dudes on the show.

Didn't expect for dude to cut off his head and them show it  Walking Dead is changing even cable TV.

That blood eagle is no joke

Lagartha is earl

Ambition gets the best of us. Floki had king Horik at his wedding but not Ragnar

Warriors don't show their heart, the axe reveals it

I thought Rollo was gonna choke the life out of ole girl, then nut and leave

the story got ridiculous with her becoming the leader after putting the knife in her husbands eye :smh:, but other then that this season has been good

You do know that Lagertha was a real person just like Ragnar?

Shit really did go down like that.

its an ok show, better than shit on wheels
better than OK - shit is good with tight fight choreography and decent writing.

didn't even have a problem with home girl becoming earl - cause the show keeps showing that women Vikings were treated different than females elsewhere... women fought side by side with men... all warriors are given respect regardless of sex.
Vikings were very liberal and seemed ruthless about avoiding weakness or over comming it, and Largitha's new husband was very weak almost as weak as dude that tried to push up on her during this week's episode

No I'm not up on Viking history

Tell us what happens next , nobody watching anyway
just wiki it - no need to post spoilers

Show is getting good ratings - with a Thursday night time slot I think BGOL is a little slow catching on to season 2

I don't understand why this show isn't more popular. Personally, it's better than Game of Thrones.

Yes better than game of thrones

All game of thrones does every week is bullshit then do something in the last 10 minutes. This season started out with a war.shit, several wars so far, that dragon chick been marching for several seasons.

1- That guy with the makeup at first I thought he was pretending to betray lagnar to get some info but now is official

2- lagertha can get it

3- king horik is a good actor , he was in sons of anarchy last season & a bunch of movies before

4- that new princess is a freak

5- & yes there seems to be a big battle in every episode

Rollo got trampled by those horses I thought he was dead.

That princess wants Northmen dick...she had King Egbert tapping out

Floki being jealous of Rhagnar is some sissy crap.

King Horik is too obtuse to lead...hit him with the axe Sven

If the Vikings had decent weapons they'd be a problem, Odin only saw fit for them to have axes no real swords

Ragnar need to stop with the no pullout on his wife she gives birth to 47 chromosome type kids now

The priest got a taste of that good decadent Viking pussy and heard Thor in the thunder while he was celibate in Wessex

The princess, chick is hilarious  She doesn't care who she fucks. She took on three of his men

Man Ragnar has the most disloyal muthafuckas around him

Glad Rollo survived.

I don't understand why this show isn't more popular.

I feel the same way about Hannibal

Poor promotion :dunno: or word of mouth :dunno:

I mean it's the history channel, and Hannibal is on NBC.

What ever.

The battle scenes are better way better, but thats about it. How many times are we going to see this same scenario play out

1. Character X starts to feel some way about Ragnar
2. Ragnar's current nemesis reaches out to Character X and say's "Ragnar don't treat you right
3. Character X says "yeah you right, fuck Ragnar and em"
4. Ragnar's current nemesis gets Character X to do some stupid shit which always blows back in some way
5. Character X shows remorse and gets back with Ragnar.

Seen this playout with the earl in the first season
Earl Borg in this season and last season with Rollo
This season with King Horick and Floki
And now with Afalson/monk dude and the English King.

Everyone can't be this easy to manipulate

This show reminds me of Spartacus , that series finale of Spartacus is the best ever
Breaking bad ending was meh , not that I didn't like it but the season 4 finale was 100 times better

season finale thursday

Correction: season finale Thorsday

This is pre dark ages in a masculine strength determines the hierarchy of power era. The only thing that they appreciate or believe in is strength. Very easy to manipulate people with no other objective...like the Sith.

Ragnar is actually despised by all in his culture because he is an intellectual for his era. He took the priest to learn about the English customs, culture and agriculture, they all thought that was stupid. He figured out how to use the sun and water to navigate the sea and they all thought he was kin to Odin. They will continue to attack and betray him because he's upsetting their traditional thinking

Love this show, but we all have to admit that this episode was totally predictable. When Ragnar questioned Floki's trustworthiness in front of that king in the last episode, I knew they were setting the king up.

 predictable - even so - in the middle of the raid seeing Largertha and crew walking through everything on the way to king's house, was almost nemesis incarnate.

Ragnar had only the boys in the kings house killed - anyone really think he really let the king's oldest son live?

I think Rag's is gonna off him. He HAS to. If he lets him live, nature and his culture DICTATES revenge. Nip it now. The only thing that could save him, is Ragnar buying into Christianity. Notice how they kept focusing on the "Forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us" part?
