I've watched this video a few times. Either the folks on the left side of the video are slow as fuck or brave as fuck. If shots are being let go, how do you not get on the ground. One dude at the end of the video is chair surfing and shit.

IMO there is more to the story than this video shows. The idea that he just talked out shooting his bodyguard and random shots in the crowd just doesn't make sense. There definitely had to be another shooter. If so, I can see him getting off by saying he picked up a random gun after being shot at and had to use it to escape because he was trapped and being shot at. Either that or one of his bodyguards/goons/weedcarrier homies can say they brought a gun and then dropped it when shot at.

nah homie ny got real strict rules.. outside law enforcement or any jobs that require firearms or use them it's hard as hell to get 1.. u have to pretty much own a bizz where ur required to carry/transfer money(gun would be for security reasons), u have to be a certain age, etc, i think they change some rules in recent yrs that may allow others to carry firearms but it's a lot of stipulations that go with it
So from I'm hearing I get tax and Troy are a done deal.

Pretty much, it doesn't matter if Troy entered the venue with no gun the fact that he picked up the gun after being shot and opened fire with it he is now liable with the possession and attempted murder charge..

Surveillance cameras are everywhere today, especially in NY City, what type of drugs do these dudes take. You're in crowed venue with witnesses left and right your going to pull out a gun and start spraying heads, and 2 you shoot yourself because you don't have any weapons training other than PS4, now you have no choice but to go to a hospital to get treated for a gunshot wound and by law they're required to contact the police to come see your ass. He might as well just sat quietly down and waited for law enforcement to come get him after he fire off those shots. Dumb-ass need to be thrown under the jail.

1- Ave and someone got into it
2- Somebody started scrapping and shot Ave, his girl, and bodyguard
3- That someone dropped the gun and Ave picked it up
4- Ave went after the person doing the initial shooting
If I'm ave and his lawyer, we say the following
1- We got jumped and shot
2- They dropped the gun
