This is the saddest thing — for multiple reasons. It’s sad because these kids had to watch their mother be “dehumanized” by some European nobody with a sense of entitlement. It’s sad because the man didn’t have human decency, civilized nature, or plain common sense not to act such a way in front of the mother’s children.
