VIDEO: Man hit by runaway cab in the Bronx seen flying through the air
A runaway cab sent a pedestrian spiraling through the air before it careened into three more people on a terrifying death ride in the Bronx, new video revealed.
A 5-year-old girl and a 25-year-old man were killed, and the girl’s mother and another man were injured on Friday evening after the driver suffered a seizure and lost control of the green cab on a snowy Grand Concourse service road, police sources said.
Stomach-turning footage posted on Facebook shows the cab throw one of the victims across a median near E. 170th St. and the service road and into the adjacent roadway where he slides to the opposite curb.
“Accident happened at 170 and Grand Concourse in front of my bodega,” Facebook user Junior Papi Sanchez posted online in Spanish.
