The window washing thing is cool and you can make some good money at it. When I was about 17 I started washing windows and picking up in front of stores. I made decent money for a couple days a week after school more like enough where people thought I was slinging. I actually got put out of school because the school didn't think I was making all that money honestly. Lucky for me my Mom was handling things and got me right with receipts...anyway it's a good hustle.

Things you have to know if you are going to do this is that you can use deionized water because it doesn't streak and dries quickly reducing the time you have to spend drying the corners. Also Sam's Club or Cosco is the best place to get cheap supplies. Very mild soapy water works best and make sure to keep a couple of backup scrubbers with you as they will get nasty after about four store fronts. It's not that hard to build your clients and the work is respectable and you get time to think if you are working by yourself. Rd you took me back on this one. Always a good hustle if you are not working.

There is no easy way to make money and become your own boss. Even in this example you're talking about working 60 hours a week for a few thousand dollars, if you lucky. Truth is there is only so much money printed and circulated. So you don't make money, you take money. If you are going to get a million dollars you got to take it from someone who already has it. You got to be a Big DOGG or a Soldier.

The good thing about our commerce system is you can choose your comfort level. If you don't like competing or conflict your can settle for that 9 to 5 and be thankful for what you got.


You can start a small business take that couple of thousand dollars and call it a day.

If you want to get rich, live in a house so big you can't see one side when you on the other, have so much money the bank calls you when they need a loan then you are going to have to go to war..You got to associate with Soldiers, make a plan and be a Big DOGG, there's no other way of doing it.

allow me to break this down (thanks Mom for teaching me how to read math word problems)

yall da don said the cat want to do his windows for $15 a week, that would only cost da don $60 a month. he know the value of having a clean window.

the cat does about 11 shopping plazas

each plazas has an average of ten stores

so he get permission from 10 stores owners to do their windows twice a week for $15 a week.

that comes to a total of $150 PER PLAZA
11 plaza = 110 stores under your contract
now if he a hustle man

$150 per plaza x 11 = $ $1650 in crispy cash PER WEEK!
there are four weeks in a month

4 x 1650 = $6,600 a month

it doesnt take long to do a big ass window.. usually most shops has one or two big windows and the doors. it you train yourself... it would take about 10 minutes top to do a damn good job. 10 minutes per shop x 10 stores per plaza is a good hour. then if you do 11 plaza u are talking about a 11 hours per day. which isnt bad because you got to only work 2 days out of 7 days which is shure as hell better than a 5 work days.

damn that aint bad for a one person operation.. think about if you run this mofo like the drug game.... gotta get them corners dawg

just saw some white boys doing windows for hooters on peachtree street... i said damn... them mofo are there at least twice a week but i found out they dont have a contract.... hmmm but i heard they charging hooters $30 to their windows twice a week... keep in mind them mofo just got the basic.... so i sorta follow them and saw them mofo getting in a mofo hummer h3!! i said damn.. i hollar at them and i ask if they were hiring but he said nah but they got enough money coming in and cant take on anymore subcontractors i said word? but i ask them how much they making he said well we average between the three of us about $12,000 per month... i said what???? i was like how many stores yall got? lol he said it about 200 to 300 per month.. i was like damnnnnn

i ask them how they got into this business.. they said they are just college student at ga tech and they use the money to pay for their tutution...

I got about 108 more stores to go before I make my $13,200 a month cleaning windows. Granted nobody is going to give you a free ride but if you have a vision and mission then the rest is gravy.

it takes time to build a client's base.

It all about having a products or service that is in need.

Think about it......
