Cant make anything let out of this. Russians want to supply chavez, 1 billion dollar deal done. Does this cat oppose chavez AND america.

I dont think any people outside of america supports us, by people i mean general population.
So this cat might walk that thin line where he says fuck america, but not fuck them that much where we have to dick ride all their enemies. Kinda lets do our own thing and play both sides.
