AAU is country club basketball where wins and loses don't matter. A lot of kids are skipping HS and College and it shows in there games and social skills.

The G League is a joke. Steve Kerr is supposed to be a top 5 coach yet has done a terrible job developing young players. His crown jewel is Jordan Poole who ain't seen a shot he doesn't like.

Player development is mediocre at best. When we were sending well trained college players who knew how to run a complex motion offense we we beating grown men from the same place we are losing to.

This same USA team was getting dominated by the select team and made Cade Cunningham off a year when he missed the season to shin splints look like prime Luka.
