Could he be Jamaican or Nigerian? Anything is possible but the demographics of the southside of Chicago indicate he is most likely Black American so I don't buy any argument that they suspected he could be illegal.
If he could be suspected of being illegal then any mainstream White American can get picked up and questioned as to their status as well. So why isn't that happening?
White people will NEVER be the target even if they're here illegally.
