UPDATE: Donald Trump Takes Office as the 47th US President

BREAKING: A group representing General Motors, Ford, and Stellantis blast Trump's trade deal with the United Kingdom, saying that it would harm the U.S. auto sector.

"Under this deal, it will now be cheaper to import a UK vehicle with very little U.S. content than a USMCA compliant vehicle from Mexico or Canada that is half American parts," said the American Automotive Policy Council, which represents the Detroit Three automakers. "This hurts American automakers, suppliers, and auto workers."

DEMS TRYING TO ROLL THIS MUMMY POS BACK OUT...THEY DOWN BAD AF. :roflmao2:

Gates has been a believer in giving away his wealth and not passing the majority of it on to his kids for years (his wife already got a sizable portion in their divorce). Buffet is very old, why wouldn’t he finally retire. Probably should’ve done it a long time ago.

Now if you hear of the remaining Koch brother liquidating / selling off and retiring from his actions, then that’s more interesting.

Trump says that ports running empty is a "good thing"

…Trump falsely suggested that the dock slowdown is a positive sign for the U.S. economy.

"We're seeing as a result that ports here in the US, the traffic has really slowed and now thousands of dockworkers and truck drivers are worried about their jobs," one reporter said in the Oval Office on Thursday.

"That means we lose less money ... when you say it slowed down, that's a good thing, not a bad thing," Trump replied.

Trump's tariffs threaten a recession and the destruction of supply chains…
