But initially I disagreed with your post and thought it was just fine for her to make her statements on Facebook until I listen to the statements below. The sister was definitely in the right, but because her statement includes things she didn’t say before it can give the impression that she’s trying to spin the story. Specifically in the second video she says the student got onto the elevator and then she got onto the elevator to prevent the student from staying there oras she said she gently moved her to the side. Gently moving her to the side mean that she was the first person to make contact. When I read an officers report and it says I gently move the suspect to the side, to me that means he knocked the fuck out of him and put him on the ground. Now did she do that? no. But if I’m the white girls lawyer at that point I may be able to begin to form some kind of self-defense claim. I may also begin to form some kind of claim that
