** 2015 update **

Fam,

The rules of the blogging game have changed since I first posted this in 2011.

Major Google updates like Panda, Penguin, and Hummingbird, as well as smaller tweaks have changed the game A LOT.

The good news is that there are ways to BLOG and BANK that take EVEN LESS work than before.

I'd like to REVIVE this tutorial for 2015 and beyond.

If you're interested, please reply with 'LET'S DO THIS FOR 2015!'

UPDATE JULY 13 2015: The people have spoken. This thread is being updated. CLICK HERE FOR THE BEGINNING OF THE UPDATE

Niche choice makes a big ass difference

Here's what you get going after a weak niche

Look at all the megaupload/fileshare/rapidshare links on forums and tube sites on the Alexa list of top 100 sites. That's your answer.

The porn game is dying fast IF your focus is generic stuff. If you're a microniche producer OR you use A LOT of tube traffic to upload web cams or experiences like adult dating, you should be good. The great thing about mainstream (non porn) is it is HUGE. the only limit is your imagination.

It's all about PASSIVE INCOME, playas!

This is what I am looking for.

I mean shit, I'm on the internet a good portion of the day, between work and pleasure, I might as well find a way to make it work for me.

Re: Unemployed? Tired of McJobs? How to Blog For Money -- a Step by Step Tutorial (p

i helped a girl setup a site that got less traffic than that a few years ago.

pulled in about $1500/ month on avg.

jvideoz is annoying as fuck with all that shit but ninjas will close down 15 popups to see a hoodrat suck dick get hit from the back and talk on a cellphone at the same time.

Re: Unemployed? Tired of McJobs? How to Blog For Money -- a Step by Step Tutorial (p

Are there any other good ways to find a 'Niche'?

Because what I thought would generate interest doesn't,well not as much I thought it would.

Exactly.

basically, you want to "invest" some of that time and effort to something that PAYS YOU BACK. Use the 80 / 20 rule so you don't even FEEL that you're "working". Blog maybe 20 minutes per day and the rest you can just mess around.

If you're consistent, you'd be amazed how much that 20 minutes pays off on the long run.

Re: Unemployed? Tired of McJobs? How to Blog For Money -- a Step by Step Tutorial (p

Yes. Which ones? Leader boards and the big rectangular ones.

ADSENSE HUSTLE TIP #2

Blend your ads. Make the leader board ads look close enough to navigation links or "internal" links BUT WITH ENOUGH DIFFERENCE that you don't get banned

As for the big rectangular blocks--left align them to your first post so you get more clicks

The tutorial lists a KILLER theme that gets clicks but I have a custom one built around my traffic's clicking patterns

Re: Unemployed? Tired of McJobs? How to Blog For Money -- a Step by Step Tutorial (p

good info. I haven't launched my blog yet - debating whether to use word press or google blog, where adsense is incorporated?

Re: Unemployed? Tired of McJobs? How to Blog For Money -- a Step by Step Tutorial (p

some homegrown mixed in with some other bullshit she was putting up...funny vids pulled off other sites...black porn vids from redtube...shit like that.

thats what up.
how long was this ago?
is there still some money to be made in tube sites?

Re: Unemployed? Tired of McJobs? How to Blog For Money -- a Step by Step Tutorial (p

Thanks for this.

I need to figure out a 'niche' I guess. Being in a major metro area what is on my mind strong right now has been done a thousand times. But some of the other things I can actually speak on is for those subcultureists out there...I don't think it will bring traffic...

...guess it's time to plan this out.

Use wordpress. Way more flexible and scalable

You'd be surprised. Hit up Google's keyword selector tool and cross reference it with Spyfu. There's some fat niches out there

this was bout 07 08 or so.

is there still $$? depends on the niche i guess. trying to do a one size fits all site with stolen studio content is prolly dead at this point without goin thru some serious and expensive measures to protect yoursself.

agreed. The only way i see it taking off is if the peson is running a webcam or microniche/custom shot just for 1 user type of operation
