So how much did he pay for the land? If he didn't purchase where is a copy of the lease that gives him permission to build on the property? Where is the property located?

This serves 2 purposes.
- To "encourage" well meaning (gullible) Black people to continue to donate.
- He'll be able to blame Black people for the failure of the school not being built.
My observations:
#1. Still didn't say WHERE the school is. (State, city, town or municipality)
#2. Expects a professional construction company to travel to and work at the site on their OWN dime.
#3. Has provided NO proof of a lease, permits nor deeds to said property.
#4. Still pimps HIS BIRTHDAY as opening day.
#5. Can't pay construction workers to build this school, so I imagine all teachers/staff are expected to work for FREE as well.
However, I'm sure some well meaning brothers (Umarians) will try to help. (Actually fell for his BS)

I’m down to give free labor and donate more money. I make my own paper. If it’s for the development of black American little kids I’m for it. I give them a pass cause they are not tainted yet.

I was thinking it was like an office building,some dry-wall,paint and bam! schools in.Because he could start up an program of helping youth learn while helping,like a trade school....give up your time and learn a valuable trade.
