first of all he repeats himself way too much on stuff that doesnt matter. But you have a contractor and you never got the details and timelines of installation, etc? then you're getting one bid at a time...none of what he said makes any sense because you get all of that information at the beginning of a project and this is why you hire a project manager. You had no updates for over 2 months...in a pretty mild winter.

I have a feeling the contractor didn't get all his money so he sabotaged everything,if that's true.
