I will admit, I wasn't sold as Lonzo at first.

I'm still not thinking he's going to be on no legendary shit like Lebron James, but I do feel he'll grow into an All-Star caliber player.

I keep hearing the Kidd reference. I disagree. Kidd could get to the basket for a layup.

The Ball boys dont drive the ball to the cup to score - especially Lonzo.
He is too scared to drive to the basket for a shot in the paint because he is too light and weak.
Basketball 101. Drive the ball.

This is why lonzo is struggling on offense. He ain't got enough physicality. He is scared of getting his jumper blocked at 6'7.
That hop left shit is an unnecessary complication. Too many moving parts.

Kidd just didn't have that shooters touch.

He gets to the basket easy enough.. His instincts are just to pass and not finish. When he decides to finish no one will be able to stop him at that size. He will be a guy who gets a lot of assists and free throws. He just doesnt know how to use his height yet.. Kidd is a good reference point. Hes just more passive and light in the ass than Kidd was. Kidd came into the league at 21/22 tho. Zo is still a teenager.

Exactly
He's a pass 1st point guard with great size but needs to get more weight on him to finish. Right now he's too scrawny down low and his shot takes to long to get off consistently thus his shooting percentage being what it is
but he has 0 problems getting rebounds and 0 problems getting assists

The father is a marketing genius........but he can't play for them. I have witnessed many ballers better than all his sons and while they do have skills , self promotion has elevated the judges score cards.
