I guarantee that vehicle will never be released if its only $30K and is getting 300mpg. First off they couldnt make enough to supply demand so the car would probably double in price. And now way will this administration nor the oil lobbyist allow a car like this to be created

In the video he explains how the CSR is above the national requirement. The clip actually show the vehicle skeleton, and it looks very strong too. My only concern would be the lack of 2 wheels in the back, and how it would affect overall handling compared to what we drive today. Nevertheless.....I'd damn sure be down to purchase on of these. I am suspicious of th 300mpg claim. I would not be surprised if this mileage is boosted by plugging the battery in the car into an electric outlest at night. The fallacy is that the people who do this do not factor the contribution of that electric charge into the overall mileage. As you know, electricity is not free, and in the US it often comes from burning gasoline. What I would like to see factored into the equation is the number of gallons of electricity used to vharge the batter...

I think the point is...no-one is being honest with the public; oil is going to run out in the near future, hence one of the main reason for the hike in price (so that BIG OIL companies can find alternative fuel supply). The oil tycoons and lobbyist are trying to milk this for as long as they can. Others interest groups just want cleaner air (Global Warming) either way the days of oil dependent automobiles are numbered.
