That would have definitely been a great match-up in their prime.
MVP should have come over to the UFC sooner. He spent far too many years in Bellator, as did Michael Chandler.
Just looking at his record now.
He spent 10 years in Bellator from 2013 - 2023, and then had a year off before debuting in the UFC in 2024.
He turned 39 earlier this year.
Chandler spent 10 years there as well from 2010 - 2020 before debuting in the UFC in 2021. He is now 40yo but has taken way too much damage in his career being an action fighter by choice, instead of relying on his collegiate wrestling pedigree.
