Honestly, that had nothing to do with athleticism. Derrick just didn’t fight smart at all. He didn’t check one leg kick, he didn’t cut off the ring, he didn’t set up any attacks. He basically let dude do what he wanted to him. Smh

And he was definitely doing that as well. If he was going to go out like that, then he might as well go get his. Especially with his abilities. Cutting of the ring was the best thing he could’ve done for himself in that fight, which his coach informed him more than once. Chasing him down and being cautious ain’t going to get it.

I think Dana and Francis are still somewhat at odds. Dana doesn't like Francis at all from their dealings in the past.
Francis has a pretty big ego. Even he has admitted that he needed to have more humility. I personally think he and Dana got into again and Dana was over it and decided to do this Interim belt deal that no one really understands.
The guy in the video thinks it's about Francis' contract. Who knows.....
