Mobdro is decent quality and simple to use, but I have been using Sopcast with acestream links and the stream quality is much higher, full 1080p without skipping. Can cast it to your TV also.
The developers updated the Mobdro app a few weeks ago
The quality improved & the interface looks better
I'd probably say its 720p video quality
