Does running back Melvin Gordan and quarterback Philip Rivers have what it takes to knock off the Ravens? Gordon's Uber driver from Saturday certainly doesn't think so, and, without realizing who he was driving around, trash talked the Chargers with Gordon in the back seat.

The running back filmed the exchange, hilariously looking at the camera and raising his eyebrows as the driver continued talking up Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson while criticizing Rivers. When Gordon asked if the driver thinks the Chargers will make it to the Super Bowl, the driver said, "Oh hell no," and continued:

"Listen, Philip Rivers, you don't even have to worry about him. … They're going to put him on the ground."

Gordon cool as hell for playing along with that.

I wanna see Lamar go to SB-
He'll be saying FUCK YOU all 31 teams that passed on him!
He'd be a 22 y.o. SB winner!

All 31 teams didn't need a QB

For those teams that didn't need one then, how many could use one now?
Picking a Heisman winner, even as a back-up to groom for the future, is a limited risk.
I'm not a stat nerd, but it would be interesting to see how the non-QB players picked before him impacted their squads.
Did those teams make the playoffs like B'more because of the direct impact of those chosen before him?

I'm not putting it on you to answer, just looking forward to him @ SB media day saying it.
On draft night Jackson was chosen by the Baltimore Ravens with the final pick of the first round.
The Ravens traded up to get him, and Jackson admitted that falling to the 32nd pick will motivate him.
“There is a chip on my shoulder. Both shoulders. I’m not mad. It’s just motivation.’’ Jackson said.

“They’re going to get a Super Bowl out of me. Believe that.’’

Bruh easy there..Jackson isn't extacly lighting up the NFL..Ravens beat 1 winning team during Jackson's run and they're shutting him down right now

Right. What the fuck Green Bay look like taking him. :smh::confused:

Patriots were watching him in the draft but gambled to try to get him in the 2nd round.
Look at N.E & G.B. now. Their golden boys took a few licks in '18 with no clear 2nd string to step in.

I was rooting for youngin' - NOT the Ravens. I'm on the Eagles bandwagon (again)!

Nah. He wouldn't have taken those teams anywhere. He needs more time. Once teams figure out the Ravens running system by weather doing what the Chargers did with 3 safeties playing linebacker or 5 d-linemen he will struggle mightily.

Melvin Gordan has played countless games where fans have been ridiculously fanatic both in favor of and against the Chargers. They dress in costume, hold placards, and in some cases even terrorize or fist fight people who disagree with them. Yet somehow he found a need to film Joe Everyman talking shit, something practically every sports fan does.

yup yup
Ravens got exposed today.
I'm thinking he watched Flacco and figured out what he needed to do to win.
I liked Tyrod Taylor going to the Bills, thinking he got time to watch Flacco and learn with no pressure.
That didn't work out so good in Buffalo or Cleveland.
Jackson sitting & watching Brady or Rodgers then moving up to starter in the same system?
Even if N.E or G.B. did like Buddy Ryan did with Randall Cunningham initially - put him in on 3rd & long to run or pass.
