Tyson - Wilder Third Fight Set For July in Las Vegas

Lennox Lewis rematched Hasim Rahman 7 months after he got knocked out COLD.
Mike Tyson fought 4 months after losing badly to Buster Douglas.
Lennox was BETTER than Rahman and got caught fuckin around, doing movies and shit.

Mike didn't fight Buster again, even though hewas also better, and we all know he was drinking with Bobby Brown the night he got KOd. Instead , he's fighting a guy who beat him up 17 rounds out of 19 and KOd him once he stopped playing with him.

But Mike did what we've said Wilder SHOULD be doing, which is taking a lesser fight first. Tillman was that

I know it's only a possibility now, but can you imagine what it'll do for the SPORT of BOXING and referring back to the story behind why Floyd became his trainer in the later years to come would be a historical move!

Floyd's definitely not doing that. It was just a side comment.

But IF Wilder can defy these odds against him , like Fury just did (remember, most people had Wilder by KO in the last one), this would be great for boxing, American heavyweight boxing, Black fight fans, and this would be kind of a true rivalry. Boxinf has been doing pretty good at the lighter weights but with this clash of Titans at heavyweight, maybe they'll be inspired to take more chances down there.

But if Wilder loses. Oh well. End of an era

You're embellishing way too much saying Wilder lost 17 rounds.
He won the first 4 rounds in the first fight.
Wilder also won the first round of the rematch, then got embarrassed in rounds 2-7.

Cool. He got outboxed both fights and KOd in the 2nd. That's enough.

This is simple. If a dude kept whooping yo ass in yo grandmama's backyard, but you got $100K every time he did...regardless of outcome. Wouldn't you keep fighting him?

Same situation here, but it's millions instead. Wilder isn't the fool. the idiots are the viewers who are paying to see this shit!

who paying. :roflmao2:

itll be a totally different fight. I felt he threw that fight for the threematch.
Wilder has to fight dirty the third fight or else he will lose.
He's got to realize that this is a FIGHT.
This has all the makings of a 4 fight rivalry.
Draw, Fury, Wilder, (TBD)

I think wilder wins the next fight while they try to find the next contender to keep boxing interesting before the ufc destroys them. Cause I don’t see tyson keeping the sport interesting for the next 10 years

There's a long list of champions who've been stopped in title bouts.
You're making it seem like its a disgrace to lose one fight.
Its boxing...it happens. :dunno:
No. I'm acting like whoever tried to compare this to Tysin fighting someone else 4 months after buster Douglass isn't making sense.

Damn this came up quick.....
