What makes matters worse is that the money that the company saves by laying off American workers and hiring undocumented workers at cut rate wages will not be passed on to the consumer nor will it be used to make the overall work environment better for their employees. Instead, they'll take those profits and do stock buybacks to artificially pump up the company stock value to justify huge bonuses for their C-Suite executives. Consumer prices will remain high and inflation will be blamed, the workers will make less, with no benefits and fewer protections, and the only ones who win are the Executives. It's almost as if the system is rigged...

McDonalds probably pay shit wages by contrast a place like Chic fil a has consistently great service no matter where you go. These places need to pay decent living wages. A McDonald;s worker should be paid a wage that allows for the purchase of a decent car and house.
