I know I know sorry ladies but who else am I to turn to? 
I am going to fry some fish. I use canola oil cause it's a little more healthy than vegetable oil and I'm tired of eating it baked.
The question is has anybody ever tried to marinate fish before they fried it? I have some teryiaki marinade that I use to make baked fish and I was wondering if I marinade the fish then fry it would that just be
or would it make a unique taste?
Or would the frying just totally obliterate the taste of the marinade so why waste my time doing it?
