If you're looking to blame someone for the National Guard tragedy in Washington, DC, blame the shooter.
If you need ANOTHER person to blame, blame the NRA for blocking passage of sensible gun control measures.
If you STILL want to blame someone, blame GOP members of Congress for being an NRA rubber stamp, in spite of the majority of GUN OWNERS who favor common sense gun control.

I agree with the policy. More vetting needs to be done but we shouldn't turn our back on people that helped us during the war. Most are arrested and/or killed (if they dont escape) after we leave.
