I'd imagine if companies here suddenly needed to up their payroll for IT support and other outsourced positions like 70%+ then yeah I think the costumer ends up eating that cost as usual.

Mannnn, if that happens, depending on how they do it, there's gonna be some huge disruptions in development projects. My company farms out a lot of work over there. It's not even that the quality of the work is that great, but the $$$$$$$$. The lead developer that I work with the most is Indian but he has been here over 30 years and is a citizen, and for the most part he hates workking the contract developers over there, but if they were to stop doing it on a dime, he'd probably shoot himself
