It's something he does, and it happens fairly often. It seems to trigger especially in situations where he's talking about things he doesn't want to talk about, especially with no breaks.
I don't know why anyone was acting like it wouldn't be a shitshow, when we knew it would be going in. At least I've heard a fair amount of dialogue about why networks gave him the air and questioning whether they should again. Granted, we should have reached this point a long time ago.

I'm talking about extremists on both sides. From sanctuary cities and driver licenses for illegals on one extreme side, to the wall on the other. From the people who don't want them called 'illegal' to the ones who paint them all as criminals. It's extremists on both sides fucking up sensible immigration. In cities all across this nation, black CITIZENS get their lives turned upside down by getting bench warrants on bullshit traffic tickets. Additional fines. Car impounded. Time behind bars. It's a huge fucking issues. Meanwhile, the extremists on the side of illegals have people who have broken immigration law driving around like it's all good in 11 states.
