The Constitution is not based off of the natural laws of the universe unless those parts are hidden.

I've been saying that Trump probably bought into all of the nonsense being thrown around about Obama taking over everything. For a lot of ignorant folks, they really thought that a sitting President had more power and authority than they actually do. That's why they were so scared of an Obama presidency. They came from the land of Kings and people with total power and they set up a system that will stymie any one person or even group of 30 from pushing a bunch of stuff into Law quickly.
