Flynn plead guilty and was up for sentencing on his guilty plea... Sentencing was the only thing left but before sentencing ... Flynn wanted to rescind his two guilty pleas and the DOJ wanted to dismiss the case. Technically.... Flynn’s guilty plea is still in play cause the dismissal of the case hasn’t happened. So trump can pardon him.. but to be pardon one has to admit some kind of fault.
