We all know that doesn't apply to ANY member of EITHER Branch. Congress WILL be paid, the Justices WILL be paid, and the Commander and Staff won't miss a beat from DFAS.
A lot of federal workers are black and being in the DMV I never seen so many federal workers that were black. Come to find out across the board there are a lot of B.I.G.s So every time I hear Repugs talk of lesser government or smaller I can’t help but think blacks are the reason why. A lot of us are employed by government.

Funny you are ignoring the fact that according to Trump we in the greatest economic boom ever. We have plenty of money for a wall and massive tax cuts, but no federal raises.
Obama froze pay when the economy was on the brink of collapse....The economy is booming and unemployment is at a historically low rate thanks to Obama...there is no need to freeze pay now...hell give 2.2 million workers a raise instead of buying 4 more F-35's

1. Trump gave federal workers holiday pay during George HW Bush's funeral and gave them Christmas eve off as a holiday as well but now all of a sudden there's no money for a pay raise? Lol.
2. Obama gave large pay raises in 2010. Once the Republicans took the House they shut down the government and eventually caused a furlough. The government lived off of continuing resolutions since the Republicans did less than the do nothing Congress. That's why pay was frozen so much under Obama.
