These 3 trials with E. Jean Carroll and the Trump Organization are Civil dealing with money.
The Stormy Daniels, Jan 6, Fani Willis and Classified Documents are all Criminal Cases, which means incarceration on a Guilty verdict.
I’m starting to suspect that the delay these past 3 years has been AG Merrit Garland and the DOJ putting all their time planning out the details for incarceration of this idiot. AG Garland knows he is going down on the Criminal Cases. There is nothing in the US Constitution or any legal book clarifying how to incarcerate a former POTUS. They have to write “The Book” on it.
It’s probably the reason Nixon was forced into retirement/pardoned cuz they realized how much work it would be. The country at that time was not able to handle something that extraordinary.
Trump has 4 Criminal Trials coming up with the first next month with Stormy Daniels. It’s a slam dunk he will lose. 2 other criminal cases will happen before November and he has no chance on winning those. Fani Willis will be the last cuz of e amount of witnesses she has listed to testify.
His appeals will all get shut down on these cases.
The GOP knows this and they have been informed behind closed doors to prepare themselves. High ranking members in Congress know this, that’s why they are slowly coming out against Trump and going into CYA mode for these upcoming elections.
Trump is gonna get a Guilty verdict before this Fall, it’s gonna be interesting to see how the DOJ handles it.
And Trump will be found Guilty, a Guilty verdict will assure US Allies this country backs what it is saying when it comes to Justice. Letting Trump slide will definitely Fuck up the US international credibility which is still hurting due to the Iraq/Afghanistan wars and 4 years of Trump.
That’s when we will officially find out if his Ass will get treated like a Real Criminal or get a slap on the wrist with VIP treatment.

They will arraign, indict, conduct the trial and sentence him by Close of Business this coming Friday.
Their reason would be he has a Right To A Speedy Trial.
