What city to stay in?
I stayed in Panama City
Where to stay at?
I stayed at The Hyatt
https://www.hyatt.com/home . They are chica friendly and they don't charge you to bring chicks up to your room you just have to sign them in. I think I paid a little over $70 per night for the room with the discount for using my AAA card with taxes included. I booked directly through their website. I booked the room with 2 beds. One to fuck on and one to sleep on. Although I think all the rooms also have a sofa bed in them. I also signed up for the Hyatt Gold Passport when I booked my room since it was free to sign up for and you can earn free stays with it.
Where to eat?
I almost exclusively ate at Carls Jr. or McDonalds for fast food which is across the street from the Hyatt. I ate at KFC a couple of times, it's further up the street. But most of the time I bought things to make a sandwich with in my room from the 24 hour grocery store a few blocks away. The hotel also has a 24 hour cafeteria but I looked at the menu and it was expensive so I never ate there.
Where can i scuba dive?
I never went nor had any intentions of going anywhere near any beaches so I can't help you on this one.
What are some historical sites I should visit?
Only "touristy" place I went was the Panama Canal. Admission was $15.
I’ve heard of the $15 spots, the $20 spots ect. Whats the name of these spots?
La Mayor is the $20 spot and right next door is La Bocatorena the $15 spot. I only fucked one chick at La Mayor and she asked for $20, I think they charge a $3 admission to get in La Mayor. I fucked a handful of chicks at La Bocatorena and I think most asked for $20. Two chicks said $15 but I remember reading that they had to pay $5 for the room so I thought I had to pay them $15 plus $5 for them room, I didn't realize that the $15 included the room fee until my trip was almost over, although I never minded paying $20 at all. I usually gave the chicks a tip if they let me take a pic them. La Bocatorena doesn't charge to enter. You just walk right in.
And, when you say $15 do you mean US dollars to their money?
Panama uses US currency for paper money but the coins are a mix of their own coins that I think are called "balboa" and US coins.
Which currency should I use?
I only saw US currency being used for paper currency but the coins were mixed with their coins (balboa) and US coins. Both were equally accepted and given out.
How much should i pay for the Taxi?
I think I paid $30 to get from the Airport to my hotel. I also gave the driver a tip of a few dollars. I read that it shouldn't cost any more than $3 to get around in the city. When I first got there sometimes I paid more. I think I mostly paid $4 to get to the $15 and $20 whore spots. I always ask how much the ride would cost before I got in the cab because I didn't want any conflicts, they almost always said $4. I think I paid $20 to get to the Panama Canal. I forget how much I paid to get to the mall. I read some people said uber is the best way to get around but I never used them. But I did sign up and install the app just in case.
Anyone got contacts that I should use while there?
I didn't use any. I just used the information I read on BGOL and any other place I could find until I had any questions I had answered.
I read a lot of posts here
http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/showthread.php?1894-Panama-City . I also signed up and asked them questions if I had any. It was very helpful, especially for the whores.
Also you might want to check with you doctor or local hospital travel clinic to see if you need any vaccinations. The travel clinic in the hospital I went to gave me a vaccination for hepatitis A and typhoid. It cost me about $450 for those 2 shots but fuck it, better to be safe than sorry.
I use this for a guide to see what shots I might need when traveling out the country.

I also bought travel insurance before I left just to be on the safe side. Especially since I stayed 3 weeks. I used these guys

Also here a map someone put together a few years ago. There a couple of errors that I noticed but it should give you a general idea of where things are.

Also bring a lot of $1 bills for taxis. I forget exactly how many $1 bills I brought but I know it was between 50 and 80 for my 3 week trip and when I ran out I went to a bank to try to get 80 more $1 bills and the bank I went to didn't want to give me any at first because I didn't have an account with them but they ended up giving me 20 $1 bills anyway. So I then went to the Veneto casino to try to get 60 more $1 bills but they only gave me about $30 I think. It surprised me because I have never had any problem getting as many bills of any domination I want in the US. I would have tried another bank there because there are a lot of them but since I went to the bank so late they were closing. So just a heads up to bring a lot of $1's and also $5's. I also brought a lot of $10's too but I don't think I came close to using them all. And you can $20's from any ATM so that's not a problem. I was charged $5.25 by the ATM each time I withdrew money from the ATM. I'm not sure if my bank charged me also, I have to check that out.
Hope this helps. There are also many other threads on the main board about Panama that I found useful. Just do a search.
Peace
